Setting Ambitious Goals for Groundwater Monitoring

We announce the successful kick-off meeting of the new Horizon Europe project, Ninfa, which is dedicated to developing innovative groundwater monitoring strategies aimed at preventing water pollution and ensuring access to quality water for the public.

Led by the Coordinator, Leitat Technological Center in Barcelona, the kick-off meeting took place on November 15-16, 2022.

On the first day of the meeting, all partners presented their respective Work Packages and outlined the actions to be undertaken over the next six months.

The second day of the meeting featured an exciting excursion arranged by Leitat, where participants were taken to Terrassa to tour Leitat’s Water Treatment Technologies labs. This provided valuable insights into the cutting-edge technologies being developed to address water quality challenges.

Stay tuned for more updates on the progress of the Ninfa project as we work together to safeguard our groundwater resources and promote sustainable water management practices.
